BMTrees — Growing Beaumont, One Tree at a Time

Native Species Only

We plant only native Texas species — led by the live oak, the iconic tree of the Deep South, once draped in Spanish moss across every Beaumont street.

Restoring What the Storms Took

Beaumont was once defined by its canopy of sprawling live oaks draped in Spanish moss — a living symbol of the Deep South. Decades of hurricanes stripped that canopy bare, and it was never replanted. BMTrees exists to bring it back. We plant native Texas species — led by the live oak — in yards and neighborhoods across the city, restoring the shade, beauty, and ecological richness that belongs here.

Help Us Plant More

Every dollar you give plants a native live oak or other native Texas tree in a Beaumont yard. For as little as $25, you can help restore the Spanish moss-draped canopy that hurricanes took from us — giving a family shade, beauty, and a cooler home for generations.

BMTrees is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All donations are tax-deductible.
